Does Probably Stolen Have a PS5 Version? No, Steam Only
No PS5 version. The only announced platform is Steam on Windows. No PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, mobile, macOS or Linux listing. Steam Deck is Playable.
There is no PS5 version. And it is not only PS5: Probably Stolen is announced for Steam on Windows.
Three sources agree:
- The platform and system requirements fields on the Steam store page list Windows 10 x64 and above only.
- The developer’s own game page says “Coming to Steam in 2026”.
- The September 14, 2026 release date announcement mentions Steam and nothing else.
The only hardware detail that comes close is the Steam Deck compatibility rating of Playable. That means it runs on the handheld, not that a console version exists.
Platform status at a glance
| Platform | Status | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Windows (Steam) | Announced, 2026-10-28 | Store page and official announcement |
| Steam Deck | Playable | Store page compatibility field |
| PlayStation 5 / 4 | None | No store listing, no official mention |
| Xbox Series / One | None | Same |
| Nintendo Switch | None | Same |
| iOS / Android | None | Same |
| macOS / Linux | None | System requirements list Windows only |
Why console results keep showing up
Google blends “which platforms does this game have” with “players asking about one platform”. Searching for probably stolen game ps5 returns both relevant suggestions and completely unrelated PlayStation content.
The only test that matters: the platform field on the Steam store page and official announcements count. Trailer styling, wishlist pages and third-party sites do not.
Verify it yourself in two steps
- Open the Steam store page and check the platform icons and the system requirements.
- Open the Steam news hub and search for “console”, “PS5”, “Xbox” or “Switch”. No results means no announcement.
What console-only players can do
Honestly, wait.
The developer has never said whether a port is planned, and has never called the game PC-exclusive. So the accurate phrasing is “only Windows has been announced”, not “it will never come to consoles”.
If you want to play on a handheld or a non-16:9 screen, start with the display notes in demo download and specs. For a full read of the listing, see the Steam store page explained.
